Program terms

1. The program

The Coddy affiliate program lets approved partners earn a commission by referring new customers to Coddy (coddy.tech). Participation requires an application and our approval; we may decline any application at our discretion. These terms apply alongside Coddy's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Commission

You earn a revenue share on paid subscriptions purchased by customers you refer. The standard rate is 30% and can be raised — up to 50% — based on performance. Your current rate is always shown on your dashboard.

Commission is lifetime recurring: it applies to your referral's initial purchase and to their subsequent renewals for as long as they remain a paying customer and you remain an active affiliate in good standing.

Commission is calculated on the net revenue Coddy actually receives, and is reversed for refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent transactions.

3. Attribution

Referrals are attributed through your personal tracked link and, where issued, your personal discount code. A customer counts as your referral when they sign up through your link or purchase with your code. Attribution is applied automatically by our tracking systems; our records are authoritative.

4. Payouts

Earnings become payable once your balance reaches $50. Payouts are processed monthly, after a hold period that covers the refund window on the underlying purchases. Payout amounts are reconciled against actual received revenue before being sent.

You are responsible for any taxes on your affiliate earnings and for providing accurate payout and tax information when requested.

5. Program rules

The following are not allowed:

• Self-referrals — using your own link or code for your own purchases, or purchases you control.
• Brand bidding — running paid ads on "Coddy" or confusingly similar terms, or directing paid traffic straight to coddy.tech.
• Coupon-site posting — publishing your discount code on coupon/deal aggregator sites.
• Misleading promotion — spam, false claims about Coddy, fake discounts, or presenting yourself as Coddy itself.
• Trademark misuse — registering domains, handles, or apps containing the Coddy name without written permission.

Violations may lead to withheld commissions, suspension, or removal from the program, depending on severity.

6. Term and termination

Either side can end participation at any time — you by contacting us, and Coddy by suspending or closing your affiliate account. On termination for cause (a rules violation or fraud), unpaid commissions are forfeited. On termination without cause, earned commissions that survive reconciliation are paid out on the normal schedule.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes are announced to active affiliates by email before they take effect. Continuing to participate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
